Developing a seamless ordering experience for
one of Scotland’s largest restaurant groups.

Overview

Tony Macaroni is one of the largest restaurant chains
in Scotland, and we have been fortunate to work
with them to establish their takeaway delivery arm.
Initially brought in as consultants to devise an
efficient ordering system, we have gone on to support
everything from the ordering websites, EPOS and
kitchen display units to the management of deliveries
with a fleet of branded Fiat 500s.

Solution

Rather than proposing building an online ordering system from scratch, we identified a number of strategic partners who had solutions for everything from online ordering and EPOS through to kitchen and delivery management.

We worked alongside these partners to create a seamless experience for both the customers and the staff of each restaurant. We also carried out API integration work, enabling the website to talk to the ordering system. Having worked with Tony Macaroni for over a year, we have rolled out this solution to a number of restaurants with more planned for the future.
