Innes House offers something rare — the chance to take over an entire 17th-century Scottish estate for a wedding, retreat, corporate event, or private gathering. It sleeps 38 across 20 individually designed bedrooms, with private dining, a whisky room, billiards room, and 5,000 acres on the doorstep.

The challenge was building a digital presence that could do justice to all of that — communicating the atmosphere, the scale, the warmth, and the uniqueness of Innes House to people who haven’t been there yet, and converting that interest into genuine enquiries from the right type of guests.

Alongside the build, Innes House needed an ongoing digital marketing presence to ensure they were consistently visible to the audiences most likely to book — from couples planning a wedding to corporate teams planning an offsite retreat in the Scottish Highlands.
